Romantic Quote From Joss Whedon
Posted by admin
The other night I was watching a random episode of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” with my girlfriend. She is a big fan of Joss Whedon (creator of the Buffy series). I have to admit that I enjoy his shows when I do watch them.
Anyway, I was impressed with the confession of LOVE from Zander (video above). I was impressed enough to take a quick capture to share with YOU!
There is a time and place for expressing romantic feelings. Sharing a choice moment at a beautiful natural location is as good as any. I hope this video can inspire and prepare YOU for your opportunity to shine!
Can anyone tell me what season and episode this clip came from?
Romantic Camping Trip Goes WRONG
Posted by admin
It’s a classic movie premise. Boy and girl leave town for a romantic getaway and everything goes very wrong. Is the disaster their fault…
In the movie SPLINTER the romantic camping trip appears to be interrupted when the couple is kidnapped. There also appears to be something hunting them in the night. Scary and Intense!
You may want to watch this movie AFTER you get back from a successful romantic camping trip. You don’t want to give your partner (or yourself) any nightmares while camping in the outdoors.
Romantic Camping on YouTube

I’ve been thinking lately that RomanticCamping.com needs some video. Textual information is good, but video is COOL!
With this thought in mind I found my Icecam ($30 USB camera shown above). It’s been sitting in my miscellaneous gear box for two years. I plugged it in and opened up Quicktime Player. The picture from this camera was disappointing! I guess you get what you pay for…
At this point there was no stopping me. Quality video or NOT, I was determined to make a something. This was my challenge!
After adjusting the lighting (best I could) and hacking through some practice takes I finally made it through a recording without fumbling my words. I realized that making videos requires not only good equipment, but practice in front of the camera. I have a new respect for video bloggers!
I made a new YouTube account at www.youtube.com/RomanticCamping and uploaded my video. Check it out over at YouTube or you can see it on the homepage of RomanticCamping.com.
